Who we are

This website is run by Jack & Anna Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04361646). We are the data controller for any personal information you share with us. You can contact us at info@jackandanna.co.uk.

What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

What we collect when you contact us

If you choose to email, phone or message us, we receive what you send: usually your name, contact details, company and what you tell us about your business.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you. We do not sell your information, and we will not send you marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Our email is provided by Google Workspace and this website is hosted by Netlify. These providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for any longer period the law requires (for example, for accounting records).

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct or delete it
  • object to or restrict how we use it
  • ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation
